Karbaspray

Features
Broad spectrum insecticide.
Well known lawn caterpillar insecticide.
For use on a wide variety of roses, ornamentals and fruit trees.
Warnings:   
Allow the following number of days between last application and harvest
Cactus pears     1
Table grapes (pea size)     28 – 42
Grazing and vegetables     14
Apples and Pears     7
Do not apply Karbaspray to Kieffer and Forelle pear varieties and quinces.
Handle with care.
Poisonous by swallowing, absorption through the skin and inhalation.
Toxic to fish, bees and wildlife.
Store away from food and feed.
Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals.
Precautions  
Do not inhale insecticide dust or spray mist.
Wash with soap and water after accidental skin contact.
Wear rubber gloves and a suitable mask when mixing and applying.
Do not eat, drink or smoke whilst mixing or applying or before washing hands and face.
Prevent drift onto other crops, grazing, rivers and dams.
Clean applicator before using with other material.
Dispose of wash water where it will not contaminate food, grazing, rivers or dams.
Destroy empty container and do not use for any other purpose.

Mixing instructions
Mix the powder with a small quantity of water and break up lumps. Then add the remainder of water.

Garden Lawns - caterpillars and Army worm

Use 10 ℓ of spray mixture per 200m².  Spray when infestation is   noticed.
Chafer Beetles
15g(3 measuring spoons)
Apply as a cover spray to wet plants thoroughly.
Codling moth (Apples and Pears)

Commence spraying at 3/4 petal fall.  Apply 5 – 6 additional sprays at 14 – 21 day intervals.  To avoid possible fruit thinning effect on apples do not apply within 21 days of full bloom.
Cactoblastis and Cochineal on Cactus Pears
20g(4 measuring spoons)
Spray for cactoblastis during the first two weeks of November and the first two weeks of March.  Application for cochineal may be any time of the year.  High pressure, large droplet size and thorough wetting is essential in both instances.
Elegant grasshoppers
15g(3 measuring spoons)
Use 10 ℓ spray mixture per 10 m².   Commence spraying when grasshoppers are noticed.
